Sensius announces Board changes and appointment of Hans van der Sluijs as Non Executive Director
Sensius B.V., a pioneer in precision thermotherapy for oncology, today announces changes to its Board of Directors, including the appointment of Hans van der Sluijs as Non‑Executive Director.
Hans van der Sluijs joins the Board as a representative of Exclusa, following its continued support of Sensius as an investor. Hans brings extensive experience in private equity, impact investing, and long-term value creation. Through his personal investments and the Exclusa impact fund, he has supported companies that combine strong commercial performance with positive societal impact.
His appointment strengthens the Board as Sensius advances its clinical and regulatory programmes and prepares for further international expansion.
At the same time, Richard Kivel and João Teixeira have stepped down from the Board of Directors. Their departure follows developments relating to the implementation of the subscription agreement entered into as part of the most recent financing round.
Elisa Rubenstein Kahn will continue to serve as Non‑Executive Director, ensuring continuity and ongoing support in the governance of the company.
