Sensius appoints Peter van Paassen as Non-Executive Director

Sensius is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter van Paassen as Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.  Before this appointment, Peter served as one of the Executive Directors of Sensius. As co-founder, he has played a key role in the company from its very beginning. Based on his extensive experience as entrepreneur, he contributed to the startup and initial growth of Sensius, establishing relationships with key partners, securing  nearly EUR 10 million in 7 grants and funding.

Having served for over 8 years as executive director of Sensius in various roles and after a career of over 40 years in the field of innovation, medical device industry and healthcare, Peter deserves to spend more time on his private life and pursue other opportunities, whilst continuing to support the management team of Sensius.

In his new role, Peter will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and share his experience with the company’s management team. As a member of the Board of Directors, Peter will work closely with the other Non-Executive Directors Elisa Kahn and Naz Bashir to ensure that Sensius continues to deliver the most innovative solutions in thermotherapy to meet the needs of its customers and cancer patients.
